Sinful Sunday 386 – I’ taint what you do
For Macro Prompt Week, it was definitely the first of these pictures that was the intention, and I like the abstraction of the image. But when it came to choosing and the editing the photo, it was the second that I preferred.
I think.

Tough area to photograph, well done

A tough area to photograph? Nah …
Connect camera via wifi to smartphone for remote control.
Set camera on floor.
Strip naked.
Waddle around over camera whilst trying to figure out which way is which when looking at a mirror image pointing the wrong way.
Fail to get focus to work.
Give up.
Swap lens.
Repeat.
Waddle around some more.
Stand on one leg.
Adjust position so as to avoid unwanted elements in frame.
Readjust focus.
Take photos.
View on laptop.
Reject photos.
Repeat.
Not tough at all. A right royal pain in the … yeah … that bit on the right. 😉

Haha you description in the comments of getting this image is sounds just like me. But despite it being a PITA it was well worth it as this is really unusual shot. I think I prefer the larger colour version although the black and white has an abstract feel to it that is very intriguing

I’m glad it’s not just me that goes to obscene lengths for obscene art.
One thing I like about macro photography is how you can make things unrecognizable, which is what I was aiming for with the B&W: the colour version doesn’t have that, but I think works better as erotica.

Wow I thought it was a chest/neck shot in the thumbnail. I absolutely love where you chose to take the camera. It’s an angle I rarely see.

I love that part of a man – it just cries out to be licked with long slow strokes. The second pic is clearer but the first one has so much atmosphere, both are great!

That description…yup! We have issues getting ours shots sometimes and there’s two of us which should make it easier!
