Sinful Sunday 394 – Therapy

My inclination to speak to a therapist waxes and wanes. This last week, I have not felt motivated to even consider it, even though, and perhaps because, certain ghosts have stalked me relentlessly. Not helped by a particularly portentous work deadline.

Come the end of the week, however, I found myself with an unexpected free day – work was done, pending client feedback, and other projects were held up waiting for deliveries.

Sinful Sunday

For want of anything less inappropriate to do with my time, I picked up a pencil. I can lose myself in drawing, and find it especially therapeutic when the subject is pornographic …

  1. You’re very good at drawing, this is a skilled tonal study, beautifully done.

    • Thank you.
Not quite as skilled as you might think – i found the photo online, Photoshopped that to get the washed out look, and then drew that.
The criticism levelled at Banky in Chasing Amy would not be unjustified.

    • Agreed. I’d just hate to seem to credit for being a better artist than I am.
I enjoy the process, I’m pleased with the results, and although I know there are other things I should have been doing instead, I feel more [something positive] for doing it.

  14. That’s a fine use of your time. Excellent drawing.
